Today, Thursday 3rd December 2020, we have been notified of a confirmed case of Covid-19 within our setting. We have worked with Public Health England to complete a substantial risk assessment and contacts we believe hit the ‘definitions’ have been contacted and requested to isolate for 14 days. If you have NOT received a school text or have NOT been contacted directly this does not apply to you, however, should continue to be vigilant and follow Covid guidance. Below are letters for all families to read. Please choose the one appropriate to your child.

Until Tuesday 15th December (the day children can return if they are well) work will be set online as per our policy on remote learning
If your child is entitled to free school meals and you would like a school packed lunch, please ring Mrs Raine on 01207 504431 to discuss ordering and collection times.
If your child was due to have the nasal flu immunisation this Friday, we have been sent details of catch up clinics, but you may wish to arrange this with your GP for after the isolation period. The catch up clinic details will go on the website and school app.
We have changed the Christmas Dinner days to allow Year 3 children to have theirs on a different day. Therefore Year 3 and 5 will now have theirs on Wednesday 16th December and Year 4 and 6 on Wednesday 9th December.
We will make contact with all families of Class 1 today to chat and help to reassure any families that may be anxious or have any questions.
