It has been an honour to have been part of the hard working and dedicated Governing Body at Consett Junior School since April 2017. As I work as Deputy Head teacher at Consett Infant school, I take great pleasure and interest in following the majority of children we have nurtured through their junior school experience. It is a delight to see how children thrive and develop in all areas as a result of the many positive experiences and opportunities they gain from school. I take great interest in what the children are learning and the achievements they make during their junior school career. I am keen to support the school in any way I can so that it can continue to be successful and meet the needs of the children in it.
