The children of year 6 recently focused on black lives matter in school. They wrote poems in the style of Martin Luther King’s speech ‘I have a dream’. Some of the children chose to read them out.
We want you to recognise that these children have dreams, powerful and achievable ones. They know right from wrong and good from bad, this is undoubtedly due to their amazing families, friends and school life so far.
This has not been a great year for any of us, but after listening to their words, we can all focus on achieving our dreams…
