I can confirm that the local authority is receiving a further grant to support vulnerable households with food and fuel from the DWP, this time called the ‘COVID Local Support Grant’. At this point, we have not had any confirmation of voucher support during the six weeks holiday from the DWP.
I am due to receive the £20 weekly voucher emails w/c 10th May. Once received in that week I distribute them to families using the same email addresses as the Easter holidays. Please let me know if your emails address has changed since then.
If your circumstances have changed and you now feel you are entitled to Free School Meals, please give me a ring.
